Before and After: updates and

June 2005
Joe De Matteo
With Just My Luck in Post Production, Ms.
Lohan, in an interview published today, explained
why she broke up with boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama,
"Wilmer was my first love. But the timing was
bad. And there were all these girls around; he would
flirt with them. And I couldn't handle that. I
really didn't trust him. So that was hard too. My
life was too out of order. I was too depressed. I
was too concerned..." I'm not into gossip,
I really don't care about the personal lives of
actors, or anyone but those close to me.
However, knowing the problems this bright young
woman has had during the shoot of the picture -
rumors of illness, depression, and long running
family issues, putting all
that together with having to deal with fame,
learning a craft and career building, it's amazing
how prolific she continues to be!
This is a woman in her late teens who has
been doing wonderful work... and a heckuva lot of it.
In a conversation moments ago I was told that
Just My Luck is looking like it's going to be a
excellent film. A film that will bring Lindsey
Lohan more and diverse fans. "Everything looks
like this is going to be a very successful film, and
this young Method actor is going to be a big star."
She's moving up and Just My Luck is working
it's way toward a theater near you.
I have high expectations for this film and for
Lindsey. She has that "something" that makes
her jump right off the screen.

Preview Lady Luck now Just My
Luck
Just My Luck is the new working
title of the Lindsey Lohan film due out
later this year or early 2006,
HugeReviews.com has been told. |
At 18, Ms. Lohan has been feeling the
effects of her celebrity more so on this
film than before. Between battles
with health problems, dealing with her
parents divorce and romance rumors with
first Bruce Willis and now Christian
Slater.
Shooting for this film has take the young star from New
York City's Grand Central Station - and
other Manhattan locations, to New
Orleans and Los Angeles. The
picture to the right was taken in Times
Square in New York City. |

Preview: LADY LUCK - Lindsey
Lohan's Lady Luck, that is
January 2005 is the scheduled date to
begin filming Lindsey Lohan's latest
movie, a promising Romantic Comedy.
This beautiful young woman has young
male hearts fluttering all over the
civilized world. Once word gets
out of her playing the "Sexy
Manhattanite Connie Albright," who "is
known to many as the luckiest woman
around," will have them praying that
they might be so lucky as to have a
chance encounter with her.
But wait,
this is exactly what happens in Lady
Luck. Not to any of the
starry-eyed multitude, but to Chris
Pine, who has some starry-eyed dreamers
of his own, I'm sure.
The
premise of the story is that our lucky
Ms. Albright (Ms. Lohan) finds that her
fortunes have changed, or rather
switched, with Robert (Chris) after
their chance encounter. Oh, did I
mention that Robert is down-and-out.
